Dispute between Radiomóvel and PTC, Sonaecom, TMN and Vodafone

By determination of 30 July 2010, ANACOM has approved the report of the preliminary hearing and the final decision in respect of the process of administrative settlement of a dispute brought by Radiomóvel, under article 10 of Law No 5/2004 of 10 February (Electronic Communications Law), whereby Radiomóvel seeks access or interconnection of  its mobile trunking service network with the networks of PT Comunicações (PTC), Sonaecom, TMN and Vodafone Portugal (Vodafone).
