By determination of 23 December 2005, approval was granted to the draft decision on the alterations to be introduced by PT Comunicações (PTC) in the reference interconnection proposal to be in force throughout 2006 (RIO 2006).
Interested parties have been granted a 10-day time-limit to assess this draft decision in writing.
