By determination of 30 July 2010, ANACOM approved the manner of establishing the amount of regulatory costs arising from the activity of publicly available electronic communications networks and services provider, pursuant to the Law number 5/2004, of 10 February and Administrative Rule no. 1473-B/2008, of 17 December.
It was decided also to launch immediately an audit to electronic communications networks and services providers who in 2009 presented relevant revenues and variations of higher values (in regards to those of 2008).
