Approval has been granted to the model, edition, price, supply and distribution of the complaint book to be provided by electronic communications and postal services providers, among others, as well as to the model of the notice to be displayed in establishments thereof. This follows from Administrative Rule no. 1288/2005, published on 15 December, which develops Decree-Law no. 156/2005 of 15 September.
The new regime which arises from these two statutory instruments shall enter into force as from 1 January 2006.
