The Independent Regulators Group (IRG) Internet site has now available two public consultations that were approved on their plenary meeting of 24 November, in Brussels:

- Principles of implementation and best practice (PIBs) regarding the application of retail minus pricing methodologies;

- Principles of implementation and best practice regarding the use of current cost accounting methodologies as applied to electronic communication activities;

Parties interested in participating in this consultation should send their contributions until 30 December 2005, in English, using electronic means, to the following addresses:
