On 28 July 2010, in plenary session, the Advisory Council ratified the opinions presented in annex by the specialist committee which met on 20 November 2009 and 26 February 2010 to examine the proposals to amend the tariff of the Universal Service (US) submitted by PT Comunicações, S.A., to the Management Board of ICP-ANACOM.
The Advisory Council was requested that it state its position by issuing its opinion pursuant to the aforementioned article 37 of the Statutes of Autoridade Nacional de Comunicações.
The three opinions in annex are non-binding and so ratified.
