Aiming at surveying the current situation regarding the development of the National Emergency Plan and of emergency communications, ANACOM drew-up a questionnaire to evaluate issues regarding network integrity and service availability. This questionnaire is directed to providers of public available telephone services (PATS).
With this update, ANACOM later on intends to start developing the National Emergency Plan, as far as communications are concerned, and to build a knowledge base that might contribute to improve the prediction of and response to natural disasters.
