Approval has been granted to a decision on the alterations to the ''PT ADSL Network'' wholesale offer introduced by PT Comunicações on 23 August 2005, by determination of 13 October 2005.
This decision namely provides for alterations which shall take effect as from 24 October 2005, and which concern the extension to providers of migration requests of free of charge bandwidth alteration, regardless of the aggregated mode and whether a service provider alteration (transfer between providers) is to take place or not, to be in force for the same period of time, as well as the need to review local access prices of several service classes, which shall enter into force within 20 days from the date of the present determination.
