The information - up to 30 June 2006 - on the notifications of Member States of the European Union is now available. These notifications are made in accordance with article 7 of Directive 2002/21/EC (Framework Directive) and Commission Recommendation 2003/561/EC, regarding market analysis, assessment of significant market power (SMP) and imposition of obligations.
