Following ANACOM’s decision on the public pay phone service of 15 July 2004, approved under the terms of article 90 of the Electronic Communications Law (Law no. 5/2004, of 10 February), PT Comunicações published on its Internet site the Public Pay Phone Development Strategy Statement.
