ANACOM has determined upon PT Comunicações (PTC) that, within a 5-day time limit, it must communicate to COLT TELECOM - Serviços de Telecomunicações Unipessoal, Lda. the use and remuneration conditions for the use of conduits owned by the former in several routes of Lisbon. This decision was subject to a determination approved on 8 September 2005, therein being also established that, within the same time limit, the same information must likewise be submitted to ANACOM.
Approval was also given to the report on the assessment of positions held by PTC and by COLT in the scope of the prior hearing of interested parties, under articles 100 and 101 of the code of Administrative Procedure, on the corresponding draft decision, approved by determination of 24 June 2005.
