Approval has been given, by the determination of 28 July 2005, of the decision regarding the alteration of the process for migrating between service providers in the context of the “PT ADSL Network” wholesale offer. PT Comunicações, S.A. must alter the referred offer in accordance with this decision within 10 working days.
The report of the prior hearing granted to interested parties on the corresponding draft decision, passed by the determination of 24 June 2005, is an integral part of this determination.
