By determination of 28 July 2005, the draft decision concerning the process for the rescission of contracts in the context of PT Comunicações' (PTC) local loop unbundling (LLU) was approved.
It is intended by this measure to match the process of rescission of fixed local public access telephone service contracts which the user has with PTC (full access) or of subscriber authorisation (shared access), in the context of LLU, with what has been approved by ANACOM with the aim of simplifying processes involving rescission or alteration of a contract to other offers, namely portability, pre-selection or subscriber line resale offer (SLRO).
Interested parties may state their opinions in writing, within a period of 10 working days, under the terms of articles 100 and 101 of the Code of Administrative Procedure.
