At its 17th meeting, on 18 and 19 May 2006, in Vienna, Austria, the European Regulators Group (ERG) adopted a reviewed version of the Common Position on corrective measures, commonly known as remedies, to be applied in the scope of the regulatory framework of electronic communications networks and services (ECNS). The original version of this common position dated 1 April 2004.
The document now adopted reflects comments received during the public consultation launched on November 2005.
