ANACOM has ruled that PT Comunicações must inform beneficiaries of its ''PT ADSL Network'' offer, within 5 working days, that for a period of six months following the application of the offer's new conditions that requests for migration will be free. PT Comunicações must also inform beneficiaries of the offer that for same period requests for bandwidth alterations will also be free, regardless of the aggregation mode or whether such alteration involves a change in service provider. Finally, in cases of client migration, appropriate and non-discriminatory conditions must be guaranteed.
