Declaration issued to LYCATELCOM, Lda. for the provision of virtual calling card services

By order of 20 August 2010, and pursuant to the Law of Electronic Communications (Law number 5/2004 of 10 February), a declaration was issued authorizing the company LYCATELCOM, Lda. (Madeira Free Zone) to provide virtual calling card services.
