A 10% decrease in the radio spectrum fees was approved regarding the public land mobile service, with retroactive effects to 1 January 2006, according to an official release of 5 April 2006 by the Ministry of Public Works, Transport and Communications.
This measure was taken further to a proposal by ANACOM.
