Information is now available on this site about the companies that invoice for the Municipal Fee for Rights of Way (TMDP - Taxa Municipal de Direitos de Passagem)
This information is complied from data given to ANACOM by the companies involved; All companies that are subject to TMDP have to communicate to ANACOM the date from which they are issuing invoices for this fee to their clients and refer to the municipalities involved. This obligation is set out under Regulation no. 38/2004 of 29 September - Procedures for the collection and delivery to municipalities of the municipal fee for rights of way.
