By determination of 30 December 2004, the draft decision regarding the alterations to be introduced by PT Comunicações in the reference interconnection offer to be in force for 2005 (RIO 2005) has been approved. This determination has been notified to interested parties, who may assess the subject in writing within 10 days, pursuant to articles 100 and 101 of the Code of Administrative Procedure.
