A new way to send complaints, information requests, comments and suggestions


As part of our work to provide a better service, ANACOM has made available a new form in english that consumers can use to make complaints, request information or send comments and suggestions.

This form which can to found in the Online Services area at the following URL: https://www.anacom.pt/bvirtual/en/form_recl.jsp?javascript=yeshttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=274866 will make it easier for ANACOM to manage and respond to the feedback that it receives from the public.

To help us deal effectively with this information we have included some compulsory fields, such as the sender’s name and contact details. The sender also needs to give details about the service or subject that they are complaining or commenting about.

With complaints it’s also necessary to name the organization concerned.

The sender should also indicate whether or not the complaint has already been submitted to an operator or other service provider and give details of any response.

Any document relevant to the complaint can be attached to the electronic form or sent later to ANACOM by fax or post.
