Proposals may be submitted at the latest by 10 May, 2005, at 16:00 hours (Brussels local time) aiming at the implementation of projects of common interest in the field of trans-European telecommunications networks, following a call from the European Commission published on 10 February 2005. The projects shall take due regard to common targets of all action guidelines defined in the eTEN Workprogramme 2005.
Proposals must fit into one of the three types of actions: initial market deployment, market validation or support and co-ordination. The first two types of action shall refer to one or more of the following themes: eGovernment, eHealth, eInclusion, eLearning, trust and security and services supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
