The draft decision on the alteration of prices to be introduced by PT Comunicações, S.A., in the Reference Unbundling Offer (RUO), was approved, by determination of ANACOM of 9 February 2005.
Pursuant to Articles 100 and 101 of the Code of Administrative Procedure, interested parties may assess the subject in writing within a 10-day time limit.
