Amendment to Universal Postal Service Quality Convention

By determination of 26 August 2010, ANACOM, having heard the Direcção-Geral do Consumidor (Consumer General Directorate) and representative consumer organisations in accordance with the current regulatory framework, approved an amendment to the Universal Postal Service Quality Convention, of 10 July 2008.
