ANACOM approved, on 26 August 2010, an amendment to the Universal Postal Service Quality Convention, of 10 July 2008, in accordance with the current regulatory framework, and following the hearing of the Direcção-Geral do Consumidor (Consumer General Directorate) and of representative consumer organisations.
This amendment concerns sub-paragraphs g) and h) of paragraph 1 of the Annex to the referred Convention, related respectively to the following quality of service indicators (QSI): transit time for intra?community cross?border mail (D+3) - QSI7; and transit time for intra?community cross?border mail (D+5) - QSI8.
