BEREC - public consultations in November

The Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) has recently placed four documents in public consultation: “Draft Work Programme 2011 BEREC Board of Regulators” (responses by 5 November); “Draft BEREC Guidance on functional separation under Articles 13a and 13b of the revised Access Directive and national experiences” and “Draft BEREC report on relevant market definition for business services” (responses to both by 19 November); and “Electronic communications services: Ensuring equivalence in access and choice for disabled end-users” (responses until 26 November).

With respect to the 2011 draft work programme, on 3 November, BEREC will conduct a public hearing on this document in Brussels.  The session is open to all, but participants are required to register in advance by competing an online form which should be sent to berec@ec.europa.eumailto:berec@ec.europa.eu.
