Declaration issued to Manuel Soares & Pereira for the provision of electronic communication services

By order of 15 October 2010, and pursuant to the Law of Electronic Communications (Law number 5/2004 of 10 February), the declaration which allows the company Manuel Soares & Pereira, Lda., to provide virtual calling card services, voice telephone traffic resale and public payphones.
