Statement of Rectification
For all relevant purposes it is hereby declared that Law number 99/2009, of 4 September, which «Approves the framework scheme of administrative offences within the communications sector», published in the Official Gazette, Series I, number 172, of 4 September 2009, was issued with the following inaccuracies which are hereby amended to read as follows:
In paragraph 1 of article 15, for «Where a less serious infringement is at stake» read «Where a minor infringement is at stake».
In paragraph 1 of article 21, for «Where a less serious or serious infringement is at stake» read «Where a minor or serious infringement is at stake».
