By determination of 11 November 2010, ANACOM has decided, until the opinion of this Authority's Advisory Council is produced, to declare the compliance with applicable regulatory principles of the proposal submitted by PTC for amendment of the fixed telephone service residential tariff for 2011, within the scope of universal service, with suspensive effect.
This proposal, which was presented on 29 September 2010 and amended on 22 October 2010, covers the revision of the main tariff and the alternative tariff (applicable upon the request of customers) of the fixed telephone service (universal service) to take effect as from 1 January 2011.
