The announcement of an international public tender for the implementation and management of the Centralised Information System (SIC), the launch of which had been approved by ANACOM’s determination of 11 November 2010, was published on 23 November 2010 in the II Series of the Official Gazette (Diário da República).
This Centralised Information System was established by Decree-Law number 123/2009, of 21 May, aiming to ensure the availability of information on suitable infrastructures for the accommodation of electronic communication networks.
Proposals of interested parties should be submitted by 4 p.m. on 12 January 2011 through the electronic platform "Compras publicashttps://www.compraspublicas.com/". The jury will disclose the list of tenderers on the same electronic platform, the day following the deadline for submission of tenders.
