Calculation of fees due for the provision of electronic communications networks and services

By determination of 25 November 2010, ANACOM has adopted, pursuant to paragraphs 1 and 2 of Annex II to Administrative Rule no. 1473-B/2008, of 17 December, and for the purposes of paragraph 1 b) of article 105 of Law number 5/2004, of 10 February, the following measures:

• To approve the setting at 0.5770% of the t2 contribution rate value applying to electronic communications networks and services in 2010.
  
  
• To approve the assessment values of the annual fee due for the provision of publicly available electronic communications networks and services, applying to step 2 taxable bodies in 2010.
