ANACOM decided by resolution of 16 December 2010 to maintain the sense of the draft decision adopted on 28 September 2010, designating and making available the 790-862 MHz sub-band for the provision of electronic communications, in accordance with Decision 2010/267/EU, amending the QNAF - Quadro Nacional de Atribuição de Frequências (National Frequency Allocation Plan), accordingly.
However, the availability of this sub-band before 2015 depends on the establishment of technical and geographic conditions which provide for the compatibility of usage, including between Morocco and Spain.
