Statement of compliance of the cost accounting system of CTT - Correios de Portugal, S.A.
Pursuant to paragraph 2 of article 19 of Law number 102/99, of 26 July, it is incumbent upon ICP-Autoridade Nacional de Comunicações (ICP-ANACOM), as the regulatory authority, to approve the cost accounting system of the universal service provider, to oversee its correct application and to publish every year a statement of compliance of the cost accounting system and of results achieved.
Therefore, in order to fulfil these obligations, it is hereby made public that the statement of compliance of the cost accounting system of CTT - Correios de Portugal, S.A. for 2007, issued by ICP-ANACOM, is available to all interested parties at the Public Attendance Services of Autoridade Nacional de Comunicações, at Avenida José Malhoa, 12, 1099-017 Lisbon, from 09.00 am to 04.00 pm, Monday to Friday, as well as at www.anacom.pthttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?categoryId=2958.
