By determination of 13 January 2011, ANACOM has given approval to the draft decision amending its decision of 21 April 2006 on the object and form of public disclosure of the conditions of provision and use of electronic communication services.
ANACOM also decided to order companies which provide electronic communication services to implement the approved changes within a period of 60 working days following notification of the final decision.
This draft decision has been submitted to the general consultation procedure whereby interested parties have until 16 February 2011 to respond, sending their comments preferably by email to consulta.divulg.ofertas@anacom.ptmailto:consulta.divulg.ofertas@anacom.pt 1.
Once the consultation process is concluded, the responses received will be published on this website. As such, respondents should clearly mark any items considered confidential.
