Draft amendment to the determination on the object and form of public disclosure of offers of electronic communication services

By determination of 13 January 2011, ANACOM has given approval to the draft decision amending its determination of 21 April 2006 on the object and form of public disclosure of the conditions of provision and use of electronic communication services.

ANACOM also decided to order companies which provide electronic communication services to implement the approved changes within a period of 60 working days following notification of the final decision.

This draft decision has been submitted to the general consultation procedure pursuant to the provisions set forth in article 8 of Law no. 5/2004 of 10 February, whereby interested parties have a period of 20 working days to respond.
