As part of its supervision of the communications sector and in order to draw up ANACOM's annual publications, including those arising from its legal and statuary obligations, the annual questionnaires of electronic communications have been made available.
The information with respect to the identification and characterisation of the activity of the operators and providers of electronic communication networks and services will only be used internally by ANACOM in support of its supervision of the communications sector, except where data is already publically available (company name, contact details, management bodies and top level shareholder composition). In line with previous years, these items will be disclosed as part of the publication "Anuário do Sector das Comunicações em Portugal" (Communications Sector in Portugal Yearbook), which includes information on the entities operating in the sector.
The data requested in these questionnaires should be sent to ANACOM within 30 consecutive days following receipt of the corresponding notice, by post or by email to dee.stats@anacom.ptmailto:dee.stats@anacom.pt.
