A seminar to launch two postal sector studies promoted by the European Commission was held last 25 January in Brussels: the "Study on Appropriate Methodologies to Better Measure Consumer Preferences for Postal Services", to be carried out by Europe; and the "Study on Intra-Community Cross-Border Parcel Delivery", to be conducted by FTI Consulting.
