The BEREC Contact Network held a meeting last 3-4 February in Skopje, Macedonia. The Project Requirement Documents (PRDs) still needed to develop the 2011 working programme were presented. The expert working groups (EWGs) also reported on the progress of their work, specifically EWG End Users, EWG Implementation of the regulatory framework (which debated functional separation, cross border issues and article 7 procedures), EWG BEREC-RSPG Co-operation, EWG Convergence and Economic Analysis, EWG NGN, EWG Roaming (debated a proposed report on alternative roaming, voice, data and SMS rates) and EWG Remedies.
