The 10th Meeting of Co-Directors of the Latin American Forum of Telecommunications Regulators (Regulatel) was held last 4 February in San José, Costa Rica.
Among other issues, the meeting's participants presented the goals for 2011 and the balance of 2010 activities, besides considering the question of financial sustainability and the new Regulatel statutes. The working groups for this year were also decided, as was the calendar of meetings in 2011.
The next BEREC-Regulatel summit meeting of European and Latin American regulators has been scheduled for Barcelona this coming 27-28 September 2011.
