By determination of 3 March 2011, ANACOM decided to amend the right of use of frequencies allocated to Onitelecom for the operation of the fixed wireless access (FWA) system, with respect to the minimum number of central stations to be maintained by the company, under the terms of the draft decision approved for this purpose.
This draft decision was submitted to the general consultation procedure provided for in the Electronic Communications Law, whereby interested parties have been provided with a period of 20 working days to submit their responses. As such the period allowed for the submission of comments, which should preferably be sent by email to consultafwa.oni@anacom.ptmailto:consultafwa.oni@anacom.pt 1, terminates on 6 April 2011.
Once the consultation procedure is concluded, the responses received will be published on this website; as such interested parties should clearly indicate any items considered confidential.
