The 2nd Lusophone Forum of Communications organized by the ARCTEL-CPLP - Associação de Reguladores de Comunicações e Telecomunicações da Comunidade dos Países de Língua Portuguesa (Association of Communications and Telecommunications Regulators of the Community of Portuguese Speaking Countries) will take place on 14 and 15 April 2011, at Centro Cultural Olga Cadaval, Sintra.
At this meeting, under the theme “Challenges and Opportunities”, the main topics for discussion will be the current issues in the world of communications, presenting future opportunities and challenges, and observing the best developments available in the market.
Three panels were defined for this purpose: the challenges of regional regulation, business organization sectors and development partnerships.
ANACOM will be represented by the Chairman of the Board, José Amado da Silva, at the opening session, Director, José Ferrari Careto, the panel on the challenges of regional regulation and by Vice-Chairman, Alberto Souto de Miranda, at the closing session.
In addition to the Forum there will be a technological exhibition of the latest innovations and offers available in the communications sector.
