By determination of 17 March 2011, ANACOM approved a draft Auctioning Regulation for allocation of rights of use of frequencies in the 450, 800, 900, 1800 MHz and 2,1 and 2,6 GHz bands, as well as the respective statement of reasons.
It was likewise decided to submit this draft Regulation to the regulatory procedure established in article 11 of ANACOM's Statutes, published in annex to Decree-Law number 309/2001, of 7 December.
