ANACOM is organising its fifth International Conference on Liberalisation of the postal service: year one, which will be held on 6 October 2011, at Centro Cultural de Belém, in Lisbon.
2011 marks the year one of the full liberalisation of the postal service in the European Union. This will have an important impact on the whole communications sector, and so this conference aims to create an opportunity to take an overview of this process and to debate issues such as the challenges for regulation, new strategies for the functioning of the open market and new business opportunities.
