ANACOM has approved, by resolution of 18 March 2011, the launching of a public consultation for the provision of pay phone services under the scope of the universal services. This Authority aims at gathering input on relevant information to the review and possible decision on the matter.
This document was submitted to the general consultation procedure pursuant to Law number 5/2004 of 10 February, with an established deadline of twenty working days for pronunciation. The deadline for receipt of responses is 20 April 2011, which should be sent, preferably, by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org:email@example.com 1.
Public disclosure of the responses will be published after conclusion of the consultation process. To this effect, interested parties should submit an expurgated version of the response of the elements which they consider to be confidential for the purpose of publicizing in this website.
