Declaration issued to ViaSat for the provision of electronic communication services

By order of 10 February 2011, and pursuant to the Law of Electronic Communications (Law number 5/2004 of 10 February), the declaration which allows the ViaSat, Inc. to provide Mobile communication services on board vessels.
