ANACOM has decided, by determination of 15 March 2011, to approve the final decision to revoke the act of allocation of the right of use of frequencies associated with the terrestrial digital audio broadcasting (T-DAB) and consequently revoke license no. ICP-004/99-RPT awarded to RTP - Rádio e Televisão de Portugal.
RTP should now undertake to notify the public as to this decision to cease T-DAB transmissions, preferably with advance notice exceeding the notice period of 15 days which is legally required.
