ANACOM is holding a public clarification session today, 5 May 2011, on the process of transition to digital terrestrial television (DTT), taking place at 2.30pm at Cacém Shopping Centre. Agualva-Cacém will be the second zone to have analogue television broadcast switched off, scheduled for 16 June 2011.
To help local people, ANACOM is distributing a DTT guide which it is hoped will answer any queries and explain simply and clearly what people need to do to get their homes ready for the arrival of DTT. Another clarification session on DTT will be held in Alenquer, at Auditório Damião de Góis, on 9 May 2011 at 6.30pm.
