ANACOM will host a public clarification session on the transition to digital terrestrial television (DTT) in Alenquer, at Auditório Damião de Góis, at 6.30pm. Alenquer will be the first area of the country to have analogue television broadcasting switched off, on 12 May 2011.
To help local people with the transition, ANACOM is distributing a DTT Guide, which it is hoped will answer any queries and explain simply and clearly what people need to do to get their homes ready for the arrival of DTT.
