ANACOM has decided, by determination of 5 May 2011, to approve a draft decision on the authorization regime of the systems providing mobile satellite services (MSS) in the 2 GHz band.
This draft decision was submitted to the general consultation procedure for a period of 20 working days, which ends on 6 June 2011. Interested parties should send their written comments, preferably by email to consulta.mss@anacom.ptmailto:consulta.mss@anacom.pt 1.
Upon conclusion of the consultation process, responses received will be published on this website; therefore, interested parties should clearly indicate items considered confidential.
