Highlights of the May 2011 issue of the Spectru monthly bulletin include reports on the ANACOM announcement repudiating improper practices associated to the end of analogue transmissions, publication of the electronic version of the digital terrestrial television (DTT) guide, a summary of April use of the Consumer Portal and the public consultation on the draft decision concerning the system for authorising mobile satellite service (MSS) systems in the 2 GHz band, which ends on 6 June. Also as regards DTT, information was provided about the analogue TV switch-off in Alenquer, which thus became Portugal's first municipality to solely receive digital television.
