This report, which presents the main results of the survey on the use of electronic communications services by Portuguese small and medium-sized enterprises, was prepared by ANACOM and by GfK Metris between 20 October and 16 December 2010.
The survey looked at usage and penetration of the fixed telephone service (FTS), the mobile telephone service (MTS), the Internet access service (fixed and mobile) and the subscription TV service.
